Job Description
MGM China is looking for a talented Resort Technology Manager / Senior Resort Technology Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the technology-related department, plan and implement new technologies, and lead training within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technology position in an integrated resort
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in various software (e.g., CAD, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Knowledge of audio routing and management in large distributed systems, in particular QSC and Qsys
- Experience with all sorts of convention and production equipment (e.g., GrandMA, Yamaha audio mixers, Digico audio mixers, Shure microphones, Barco video hardware, Analogway, etc.)
- Extensive experience with room control platforms (e.g., Crestron, VDA)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, as well as lead and mentor technical teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including speaking and writing English and Cantonese fluently. Mandarin is an advantage.
