IT Provisioning Specialist

MGE Underground is seeking an IT Provisioning Specialist to assist with purchasing, configuring, and distributing company assets within the organization’s IT domain. The role involves tracking and managing IT assets, configuring IOS/Windows10 assets, and maintaining department’s stock, accessories, and supplies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Class C Driver’s License; clean driving record
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365(Office 365), computer systems, and IOS devices
• Ability to Configure software and hardware
• Excellent personal computer, mobile device, network, and printer troubleshooting technical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
