The Branch Manager is responsible for oversight of all aspects of customer service, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- Hire and manage direct reports
- Coordinate sales team with Product Managers
- Manage margins and costs
- Develop and implement programs to meet customer requirements
- Assist in managing supplier relationships
- Train staff to provide customer support
- Conduct Annual performance reviews
- Address and resolve personnel issues
