Strategy and Execution Principal

Adaptfy is growing and seeking a Strategy and Execution Principal with 8-11 years of consulting experience to join the Strategy and Execution team in Amsterdam. The role involves managing client interactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing project management to meet client expectations. The successful candidate will have strong management and communication skills, analytical skills, and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders at our clients, to drive their business towards impactful change.
• Lead and develop your teams and individual team members in creating new business solutions via data-driven insights.

• Oversee the formulation of strategic data-enabled hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analyses of the client, competitor and industry data.
• Play a critical role in the personal development and growth of your team members providing on the job coaching, continuous feedback, performance evaluation and help with personal development planning.
