Family Coach - Permanent Supportive Housing

Metropolitan Family Services is hiring a full-time Family Coach at their Calumet Center. The Family Coach will work with families to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 2+ years' experience in case management, which includes the coordination of services and housing needs, required
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university, preferred
• Bilingual preferred
