Job Description
The Detox Technician assists nurses with admissions and discharge of patients, monitors patient actions and behaviors, and performs general housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- One (1) year experience in mental health or in the medical health care field
- One (1) year of education or training in alcohol and drug treatment
- One (1) year experience in a substance abuse inpatient treatment facility
- Ability to manually lift or assist in lifting an adult
