OSP Field Supervisor

Metronet is seeking an OSP Field Supervisor to ensure construction is built safely and to the required standards and specifications. The role involves various responsibilities such as conducting walkouts and inspections, approving completed work, managing the OSP Construction Tracker, and responding to utility strikes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to five years related experience and/or training
• Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Related quality control and/or outside aerial plant construction experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communications and diplomacy skills
• Committed to and driven by quality and safety
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record
