Intern

Metromont LLC is a leader in the construction industry and is currently accepting resumes for an internship. The internship will provide hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing and structural design and analysis. You will work closely with plant experts and experienced engineers, gaining valuable insights into the field of precast concrete and structural engineering.

Requirements

• Gain exposure to plant operations including steel fab, material handling, quality control, carpentry shop, batch plant, dry/wet finishing
• Participate in project site visits to gain understanding of the erection process
• Assist in structural design with experienced engineers; support the design and analysis of various structures using industry-standard software
• Review drawings under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Complete a mock design project
