Job Description
Performs maintenance and repair functions at all METRO Properties, including preventive maintenance inspections, general repairs, and assists licensed mechanics with electrical, plumbing and mechanical system repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years of general facility maintenance repair or construction experience
- Requires a Texas CDL Class B Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to complete/fill-out written reports, records and forms
- Ability to operate any METRO support equipment
