We're looking for a Working Student to support our CRM team in executing, analyzing, and optimizing customer communication, with a strong focus on email marketing and growing exposure to advanced CRM tooling and analytics.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a university program (ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data, Computer Science, or a related field)
- Availability of 16–20 hours per week
- Strong interest in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle communication, and digital marketing
- An analytical mindset and interest in working with data and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
- First experience with CRM tools, BI tools, or analytics is a plus (e.g. Bloomreach, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Good Excel / PowerPoint skills
- A structured, organized, and reliable way of working
- Hands-on, team-player mentality and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English(Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French or Portuguese is a plus)
