Job Description
Residential Coordinator job responsible for managing and supervising all activities of the home/apartment units, including staff coverage, payroll, and implementation of ISP’s (Individual Support Plan).
Requirements
- Manage and supervise all activities of the home/apartment units
- Implement ISP’s (Individual Support Plan)
- Handle crisis management and purchasing of household/food/clothing supplies
- Ensure compliance of all funding sources, regulations and agency policies
- Provide quality service and coordination among shifts
