Job Description
Methodist University invites applications for a full-time, tenured or tenure-track faculty position in the Communication and Media program. We seek a dynamic educator with broad expertise in communication and media courses, including media studies, media production, public relations, and emerging media technologies.
Requirements
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Communication, Media Studies, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and innovative pedagogies
- Experience with face-to-face and online instruction
- Effective teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate level
- Interest or experience in curriculum development and assessment
