Job Description
We're in search of a Part-Time Relief Assistant Building Manager for one of our properties in West Vancouver. The Relief Assistant Building Manager plays a key role in ensuring the building remains safe, clean, and well-maintained while providing support to residents and prospective tenants.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized during emergency situations
- Physically able to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Benefits
- On-call / phone coverage compensation: $100 per weekend
- Hourly emergency / duties compensation: $21 per hour
