Director, Business Operations

We're seeking a Director, Business Operations to lead our Operations department, overseeing Resource Management and IT/Business Automation, and ensuring the business runs smoothly and in alignment with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Resource Management, or Business Strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience scaling processes, teams, and systems in a complex, creative, or technology-driven organization.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate data into insight and insight into action.
• Deep understanding of operational frameworks and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and guiding others through change.
