Job Description
Meta is seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional public policy strategy on connectivity and infrastructure policy issues in APAC, representing Meta to external policy stakeholders and advising internal teams on public policy implications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal and/or public policy experience
- Significant experience either working with or in government, politics, regulatory agencies or think tanks
- Experience working on telecoms, connectivity and infrastructure policy issues
- Knowledge of existing tech policy issues, especially those driving the policy debate about the future of connectivity and infrastructure in APAC and the role of large technology companies in this
- Understanding of how to translate technical issues into persuasive public policy advocacy
