Meta Reality Labs is looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to lead marketing operations, build relationships with retail partners, and drive business goals. The role entails developing marketing programs, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal teams
• Leading and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy with retail partners
• Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget
• Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliverables
• Influencing key business decisions and outcomes
• Managing and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
• Providing point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing in relation to accounts managed
• Completing and examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems and making decisions
• Providing active input during Partner Enablement goal creation process
• Building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with retailer marketing counterparts
