Manufacturing Test Engineer (PCBA Test)

Meta's AR/VR organization is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to drive the development and deployment of hardware test systems with manufacturing partners and third-party integrators. The ideal candidate will work in a cross-functional team environment to troubleshoot issues on test equipment and automation systems, define product test strategy, and lead the integration of test systems into data tracking networks and factory control systems.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in consumer electronic product development & volume manufacturing
• Experienced and in-depth understanding in SMT board level testing or system-in-package testing
• Experienced with domestic and/or international consumer electronics vendors and supply chain
• Understanding of fundamental considerations of building hardware in development and volume production stages
• Experienced in managing detail test coverages and improving test efficiency in engineering and production phase
• Experienced in test automation and test frameworks to enable comprehensive test coverage
• Experienced in managing group of vendor engineer/technicians
