Environmental Health and Safety Lead

Meta is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. The EHS Lead will develop and implement EHS programs to ensure the safety of employees and partners at our data centers and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Deliver and track all necessary health and safety training for onsite employees and contingent workers
• Identify and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and company health, safety and environmental policies
• Establish and grow positive cross-functional relationships with all site teams to gain alignment on strategic priorities
• Assist in the development and implementation of organization wide EHS standards and guidelines
• Manage activities to support day-to-day EHS operations
• Actively support in incident investigations, root cause analyses and injury case management
