Job Description
Mestex is seeking a CNC Punch Press Operator (Amada) who takes pride in precision, accountability, and being part of a dependable manufacturing team. The role involves operating Amada CNC punch press equipment, loading and positioning sheet metal parts, and performing basic punches and verifying dimensions using precision measurement tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement principles
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Physically able to lift top 50 lbs. and stand for extended period of times
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to cross train in other machine operator roles
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
