Job Description
The Client Relationship Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their needs and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, responding to audit requests, and proactively identifying client needs. The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Providing excellent communication to clients.
- Working with teams to respond to client audit requests.
- Monitoring deadlines and reporting back to clients.
