Job Description
Merrimack Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support manufacturing operations in a dynamic medical device environment. The role involves working with products from development to commercial production, ensuring compliance with quality standards like 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485:2016. Responsibilities include developing PFMEAs, process improvements, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Work cooperatively with other team members and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Use experience within medical devices to provide guidance and assistance in new production processes.
- Drive the development, implementation, and approval of PFMEAs and control plans.
- Develop inspection processes and sampling plans.
- Review existing procedures and improve workflows.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
