Requirements

• Prioritize safety and ensure processes are inherently safe
• Transfer production from R&D to manufacturing, designing, developing, and testing processes and equipment
• Manage outside resources and translate project goals into a comprehensive set of requirements
• Drive day-to-day project activity to achieve results, including troubleshooting and resource conflict resolution
• Interface with customers and manage the relationship
• Provide high-level technical and people leadership
• Identify areas of cost reduction and manage implementation
• Maintain product master data and manage change requests
• Ensure compliance with quality management system
• Manage employee development and mentoring
