Rides Maintenance Manager

This role is for a Rides Maintenance Manager responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rides at LEGOLAND New York. The manager will supervise maintenance technicians, ensure rides and attractions are ready for operation, lead team development, troubleshoot problems, and oversee project completion. The manager will also follow regulatory guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• Supervise 2 Assistant Managers and approximately 25 ride maintenance technicians
• Oversee all rides and attractions within the scope of normal park operations
• Lead a team of approximately 20 maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and maintain rides and attractions within park operations
