As a Facilities Technician, you'll help ensure SEA LIFE Arizona operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. You'll maintain and repair attraction systems, support themed attractions, and create unforgettable guest experiences in a unique environment surrounded by marine life.
Requirements
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot attraction systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Support themed attractions, exhibits, lighting, and Audio/Visual systems.
- Apply hands-on technical knowledge to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform re-lamping, lighting repairs, painting, wall repair, and basic carpentry.
- Install or replace bulbs, projector lamps, doors, and fixtures.
- Set up and break down exhibits and assist with shipping and receiving.
- Install and maintain data cables, computer outlets, and low-voltage systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Perform inspections, work orders, adjustments, and control device repairs.
- Monitor building systems and identify or report safety and fire hazards.
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow OSHA guidelines and use PPE correctly at all times.
