Solutions Specialist – Datacenter Solutions

As a Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibility is to build accurate product, service, and SaaS configurations that meet customer requirements and leverage partner programs for competitive pricing. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Account Executives, partners, and distributors to ensure every solution is optimized for cost and performance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data center technologies, including compute, storage, virtualization, cloud/SaaS, security, power/cooling, and management software.
• Familiarity with partner programs, promotions, distributor pricing processes, and deal registration workflows.
• Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with ability to meet SLAs and maintain progress indicators.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Problem-solving mindset with independent judgment and negotiation skills.
