Job Description
Meridian Partners is seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant to lead data migration efforts for Workday HCM and Financials implementations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Workday implementation experience with 3+ full lifecycle data conversions
- Workday Data Conversion Certification or other relevant certifications (Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Prism, etc.)
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials data structures
- Hands-on experience with EIBs, iLoads, and Workday Studio
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, CSV transformations, and data validation
- Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
