Director, Product Management and Downstream Marketing

Meridian Life Science, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management and Downstream Marketing to drive commercial growth, portfolio expansion, and market leadership. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product management and downstream marketing within life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent regulated markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and downstream marketing within life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent regulated markets
• Proven people leader with experience managing teams in product management and/or downstream marketing
• Demonstrated success owning product commercialization, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle performance
• Strong experience using digital marketing and demand generation to drive measurable commercial outcome
• Ability to simplify complex technical offerings into compelling, differentiated customer value
• Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and accountabilit
