Monitor and provide routine reporting on Design-Build Contractor progress, manage projects in P3 Infrastructure Projects over $500 million, and perform cost control and budgeting in heavy civil construction projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field
- Two years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager
- Managing projects in P3 Infrastructure Projects over $500 million
- Cost control and budgeting in heavy civil construction projects
- Reporting on Design-Build Contractor progress
- Performing routine inspections of construction activities
- Design/Engineering review of DB Contractor plans and shop drawing submittals
- Scheduling of P3 Infrastructure Projects
- Coordinating/Negotiating with construction subcontractors and suppliers
- Assisting the Quality/Construction Teams with review and evaluation of the Quality Program
