Assistant School Age Child Care Coordinator

The Assistant School Age Child Care Coordinator oversees the development and operations of the School Age Child Care program and child care sites, ensuring the program meets its intended goals, and supports the work of the Y in strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
• YMCA Team Leader certification preferred
• One to two years related experience (e.g., supervisor of child care programs) preferred
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
• Commitment to inclusion and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
