Head Of Finance| Addis Ababa

Mercy Corps is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Finance Team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including accounting, payments, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and grant financial management and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience
• BA/S or equivalent in accounting or finance
• At least 4 years of experience in grants management
• International experience, preferably with an international NGO or business
• Demonstrated experience and skill with budget preparation and analysis
• Excellent oral and written English skills
