The District Field Supervisor-Hafizabad will coordinate with district TB Coordinator, Regional Coordinator, and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the TB-DOTS in Pindi Bhattian, Jalapur, and Sukheki. The role involves conducting regular visits to hospitals, private healthcare providers, labs, and partners for Sputum Transportation Intervention, and ensuring complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines.
