Operations Manager, Pricing Management

We are looking for an Operations Manager, Pricing Management to oversee day-to-day pricing operations, ensure accuracy of financial metrics, and smooth system performance. The role involves analyzing data, testing new hypotheses, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability across our products in the Web3 and payments ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Tech or related field.
• 3+ years' experience working in Analytics, Operations management, Project management or related role in consulting / audit / fintech / product / science field.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, basic metrics.
• Experience working with database engines/dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Proactive mindset.
• Confident spoken and written English and Russian.
