Job Description
The Technical Project Manager III role is responsible for executing the demo strategy of product lines from the AR/VR group that are presented in all first-party retail locations. The role will act as the main point of contact for store technology operations, software updates and troubleshooting, and in-store device management strategy feedback for all AR/VR devices.
Requirements
- Monitor retail technology performance dashboards
- Organize and triage incoming technical issues
- Build troubleshooting documentation
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail technical support partners
- Execute and coordinate multiple retail demo content and software updates
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for technical vendors
- Inspire and collaborate with analytics and core demo teams
- Assist stakeholders in the operational evaluation, deployment, and ongoing revision of retail demo content and supporting systems
- Support the deployment and standardization of scalable retail technology solutions
- Build and track program budgets related to technology maintenance and operational support
