Intern / Working student human resources development (m/f/x)

We are looking for an intern/working student (m/f/x) to support our diverse training offers, research and analysis of current personnel development topics, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Enrolled student of (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study
• Passion for personnel development and initial HR experience is an advantage
• Open and empathetic communication, quick grasp of things, and structured way of working
• Proactive contribution of ideas and concepts, high sense of responsibility, and good German and English skills
