Intern Software Development Backend (m/f/x)

We are looking for an intern to work on the development and operation of backend services, specifically recommender systems used in the Mercedes-Benz Car Configurator. The intern will work with Java and Kotlin, and gain insights into CI/CD pipelines. The internship is for 6 months, starting in February 2026.

Requirements

• Enrolled student of computer science or a related course of study
• Sound knowledge of Java or Kotlin
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Analytical thinking
• Good German and English skills
• Motivation to take on responsibility and learn new technologies
