Job Description
Backend Software Engineer at Mercado Livre, designing and scaling innovative and secure systems. Participating in architecture definitions, helping define processes, and ensuring the quality of results. Participating in product development phases, analyzing requirements and proposing solutions. Providing support to users to identify their needs and potential improvements in processes and tools.
Requirements
- Backend development in Java or Kotlin
- Application architecture and databases
- Using and developing metrics
- Microservices-based architectures, REST APIs, and asynchronous messaging
- Git, Datadog, Kibana, New Relic, Opsgenie, and Jira tools
- Experimentation and testing
- Object-oriented orientation / SOLID / Design Patterns
