Job Description
Menzies Aviation is seeking a Training Manager to perform as a functional trainer and administer field station training programs for Ground Handling operations. The role requires proficiency in safety, security, and education through training and training programs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must have a positive, can-do, upbeat personality and enjoy dealing with people daily
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Must excel in time management skills and require minimal supervision
- Always uphold the image and standards of the company
- Able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
- Comfortable lifting 70lbs
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays and work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations
- Advanced Computer Skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word programs
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or three years of experience in ramp/cargo operations
- Prior Airline or Compliance experience required
