Job Description
Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is a leader in life science engineering and technical solutions specializing in safety, efficacy, and compliance. They offer support and solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries and are seeking a Utilities Supervisor for a shift within a Vega Baja, Puerto Rico location.
Requirements
- Supervise utilities operators, installers, and mechanics.
- Monitor work areas and equipment for unsafe conditions.
- Counsel employees on work-related issues and correct skill deficiencies.
- Submit customer feedback and monitor project status.
- Ensure recordkeeping of client utilities equipment operations parameters.
- Ensure equipment adherence to manufacturer standards.
- Perform work-related training.
- Manage technical issues and communicate with clients.
- Manage performance reviews and update records.
