Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of direct experience managing plant utilities/facilities operations
• 8+ years hands-on experience with full-business operations, planning, budgeting, contracting, and cost-saving
• Strong operational experience and experience in a challenging environment
• Fluency in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology manufacturing is required
