Job Description
Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is seeking a detail-oriented Reliability Technician for a full-time position in North Carolina. This role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, improving asset performance, and minimizing downtime within a highly regulated industry. MTG provides technical support and solutions for life science engineering and related fields in six global markets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Familiarity with GMP compliance, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
