The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Crisis Outreach Supervisors for their new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of Hudson County, NJ. The team responds to adults in non-life-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution, a professional license (LSW, LAC) and two years of post-master's full time equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting required.
• A valid NJ driver's license and a good driving record.
• The ability to provide effective crisis response and de-escalation as related to community mental health in the community.
