Job Description
Registered Nurse responsible for providing diversified nursing services, including coordination of health services, medication administration, and education of staff. Maintains ongoing assessment of health care needs for individuals served. Must possess current and valid Massachusetts RN license, minimum of one year nursing experience, and current driver's license. Self-directed with strong communication and organizational skills required.

- Currently CPI/Restraint certified
- Possess current and valid Massachusetts RN license
