The role involves developing personalized plans, advocating on behalf of clients, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Requirements
- Develop a Personal Service Plan and/ or Barrier list
- Verify that members are adhering to MHALA’s standards and funding sources
- Maintain records and documentation
- Pass the TB clearance and re-testing requirement
