We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive adoption and tell Jan's story globally, blending product, content, and growth marketing instincts.
Requirements
- Growth hacker with experience across product, growth, and content.
- Hands-on and experimental, comfortable launching, measuring, and iterating quickly.
- Global communicator: Can represent Jan internationally, comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
- Data & AI tool savvy, confident using analytics, workflow automation (e.g. n8n, scripts), and AI to drive results.
- Community-first, at ease communicating with users across Discord, Reddit, hosting local events, or scaling international meetups.
- Background in tech, AI, or B2C products
