Campus Pastor

Menlo Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to serve as the primary leader for one of its multi-site campuses. The ideal candidate will be a servant-hearted leader who can lead and collaborate effectively, and has a strong collaborative spirit. The Campus Pastor will be responsible for casting vision, leading and developing staff, overseeing weekend services, and partnering with central ministry leaders to implement impactful programs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with other Campus Pastors, Leadership Team, and the Extended Leadership Team to further the vision and mission of Menlo Church
• Demonstrate personally and in practice the Menlo Church 5 Dimensions of Pastoral Leadership
• Provide weekly communication through teaching up front, newsletters, and social media
• Manage and lead the campus staff
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and development of campus staff
• Collaborate with the Central Ministry Teams to leverage their resources to support your team
• Oversee all campus programs
• Lead from up front, effectively teaching and preaching with clarity and authority
• Provide pastoral care
• Empower the congregation to reach the surrounding community with the Gospel
• Work with Leadership to implement and manage goals, calendars, and budgets of all ministries and events on campus
