Job Description
The Educational Assistant - Proximity Support will co-facilitate learning with blended instruction, assisting with virtual synchronous teaching. This role involves working with individual students and small groups, monitoring progress, and communicating with the teacher of record. They are physically present within the classroom to support teacher and student needs.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree or two
- One year of experience working with children in an educational setting
- CPR and First Aid certification (required)
- Must possess or be able to obtain a teaching/education certificate
- Ability to obtain/demonstrate student certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid)
