CASE MANAGER/UTILIZATION REVIEW RN-FT
Two years of clinical experience, RN license, BLS certification
CT/XRAY TECHNOLOGIST-FT-DAY SHIFT
2 years of experience as a practicing CT Technologist, ARRT registration in Radiology, and Current Basic Life Support certification
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
1 year of Nursing Assistant experience, high school diploma, and valid Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required
WELLNESS VISIT COORDINATOR-FT
Must have a current nursing license and 1 year of experience in primary care or related field
CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST
3+ years experience, unrestricted Colorado license, certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists, ACLS, PALS, pediatric experience required
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST FT
Colorado Occupational Therapy License, Current BLS certification, Minimum 16 years of age, Ability to legally work in the United States
Forensic Examiner - SANE/SAFE - PRN
1 year of experience and SANE training completed by 6 months of hire
REGISTERED NURSE- PRN-RAPID CARE
Current RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of clinic experience (preferred)
MRI CT TECHNOLOGIST-FT DAY SHIFT
Graduate of Radiologic Technologist program, 2 years experience as Radiologic Technologist, CT, and MRI technologist
