Leads the effort to engage and educate physicians, practice staff, and community healthcare leaders in developing the relationship that inspires loyalty to the key clinical initiatives, lines of business, processes, and procedures governed by the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS).
Requirements
- Assists with the development and delivery presentations, orientation sessions, and training programs to new and existing physicians and their office staff.
- Provides assigned physicians and their office staff with the tools, training and resources required for a successful clinical partnership.
- Supports the education and the deployment of the various strategic initiatives across the territory of assigned physicians.
- Develop and sustain relationships with physicians fostering the support of MHS/MHN programs.
- Develops activity for improving relationship with MHS and MHN physicians, service lines, and leadership.
- Serve as consultant to the assigned practices. Presenting new tools and technical solutions to allow them to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Presenting new service lines, physicians, or programs that organization leaders have identified as key areas for growth.
- Serves as the initial point of contact for recruitment, on-boarding and education of new providers.
