Senior Director - Business Intelligence - FT - Days - MHS

The Senior Director of Business Intelligence leads the strategic vision, development, and execution of enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making across Memorial Healthcare System.

Requirements

• Helps troubleshoot more complex departmental issues and handles escalations.
• Administers and plans user and user group security access to Business Intelligence analytics.
• Trains and develops education resources to aid and enhance developers and end user abilities.
• Manages customer relationships with managers and other leaders around the healthcare system and ensure their projects and issues are adequately addressed.
• Develops and designs analytics using various platforms to support management decision making.
• Manages BI staff to ensure that information requested is fulfilled accurately and timely.
• Assists with all aspects of Business Intelligence development lifecycle, including the integration of data, extraction and reporting of data analytical tools.
