Job Description
This Full-Time or Part-Time position is a Surgical Technologist position in the Main Operating Room (CVOR). The role involves scrub assist duties, draping, instrument utilization, and maintaining a clean and sterile operating room. Potential for future advancement opportunities through surgical training and increased experience are available. Success in this role relies on prior surgical and/or surgical technology training.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist program and/or previous experience.
- Current CPR certification
- Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of surgical procedures.
- Ability to perform sterile technique and sterilization procedures.
- Basic knowledge of instrumentation and its use.
